Comet Consulting has formed a joint venture with the Sudanese based Facility Management Company, GentleCare, a services and investment based in Khartoum, Sudan. GentleCare is the leading FM service provider in Sudan and have rapidly developed an excellent record in quality service provision delivering FM services to a number of clients within the Banking, Commercial and Petrochemicals sectors in over 42 locations throughout Sudan.
Through this arrangement GentleCare and Comet can provide the following support:
- Consulting advice for all aspects of Facility Management
- Provision of Interim Management Services
- Advice and support to non Sudanese companies looking to occupy offices and other facilities in Sudan
- Mobilisation and implementation of outsourced Facility Management services
- Assistance in providing Serviced office accommodation
- Service delivery of Facility Management Services, (Cleaning, Office services, Catering, Helpdesk, Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance etc)
- Support and Facilities Management expertise in the ongoing development of services for both Sudanese and non-Sudanese organisations that are investing and occupying premises in Sudan
- Training and development services will be provided to both GentleCare staff and their key Clients for their existing business.
