All of our team have extensive experience in the industry which brings both a commercial business view as well as pragmatic approach to improving our client?s performance.
The key members of the team are:-
Marcus Hill - Deliver
Marcus has a background in project and programme management coupled with extensive experience in delivery of strategic and operational services within the sphere of property and facilities management. Marcus has worked in diverse market sectors in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Steve McDowell - Think
Steve has particular skills in change management and performance improvement and has a proven track record of success in implementing performance improvement programmes successfully in addition to proven business development achievements. A passionate believer in aligning support services to 'Business Needs' and improving the bottom line.
Tom Cocklin - Act
Tom has significant all round FM skills. Coming from a Change Management background, his abilities in Industrial Relations and his interests in HR enable him to positively influence any performance enhancement, change management, negotiation or implementation strategy; particularly in the FM services arena.
Julie Jackson
 Julie joins with 19 years experience in FM working in UK, Europe and North America. Julie has delivered services to some of the largest organizations in the UK and has a strong pedigree in managing operational delivery both as a provider and an in-house client.
Julie has used her hands on experience to provide consultancy services for large corporate new build projects designed and recruited new teams on behalf of clients and created the operations manuals and performance management systems as the foundation of ongoing service delivery.
Before moving into FM Julie worked as a management accountant for a large Fortune 500 company for 12 years and has been a full member of BIFM since 1992.

We are members and Fellows of a number of Professional Institutions and have delivered lectures and written papers on Property, FM and related subjects to Universities, Colleges, International Science Park Conferences and on British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) courses. We are members of the Chartered Institute of Building - Chartered Building Consultants Scheme.
