| Julie Jackson voted onto BIFM Scottish Committee. |
 On 19th August Julie Jackson was appointed to the BIFM Regional Committee as the Regional interface with its Regional Corporate Members.
Julie has been a member of BIFM since 1989 and Comet Advisory became a Corporate Member in 2008 so when an invitation was circulated for new Committee Members for the Scottish Region Julie was quick to volunteer her time and support.
When asked how she felt about being selected Julie said "I am really excited and thrilled at now being part of the Regional Committee and am devoted to meeting the needs of our Corporate and Individual Membership as well as ensuring the Institute provides as much practical support as possible during these difficult times".

| Comet Consulting Main Sponsor of the BIFM Home Counties & South Regional Qualifying Golf Day |
 72 keen golfers from both the BIFM Home and South Regions started out on the course early to complete their first joint Golf Day.
The venue was the challenging Donnington Grove Golf and Country Club near Newbury, and it was held on Tuesday 16th June.
A morning 9 holes Texas Scramble competition provided the players with a warm up and lunch was followed by the 18 holes qualifying competition to find the individual and corporate team in the afternoon.
Headline sponsor and corporate member of BIFM, Comet Consulting provided not just sponsorship support, but also provided the event management for the starter desk.
Claire Jackson and Jemma Anderson caught at a
quiet moment with Dave Barrett and Charlie Sorbie.
Comet Consulting have committed further event support by sponsoring each regional individual winner right through to the national BIFM final.
Thanks to careful planning by Comet Consulting, all players were punctual on the tee for an early start and a shotgun start on all 18 tees in the afternoon.
A great day was topped off by Comet's Corporate Team winning the South Team Competition and they will go through to the next round in September.

Comet Consulting opens a Scottish Office |
In November, Comet Consulting opened an office in Edinburgh showing continued
commitment to Scotland and its customers.

| Comet Consulting Expand into Scotland |
Julie Jackson has joined Comet as a Director to support their consultancy and advisory services north of the Border and beyond.
Julie joins with 19 yrs experience in the Facilities Management sector and has worked in both Operations and Consultancy
at a senior level. Comet is a market leading Facilities Management advisory organisation supporting FM providers and in-house
teams within the private and public sector.
Marcus Hill, Comet founding Director commented ?I am delighted that Julie is now part of our management team,
she is joining at an exciting phase of Comet?s evolution and the third Director appointed following Steve McDowell
and Tom Cocklin who took up their roles earlier in the year. Julie will be based in Glasgow and be responsible

We are delighted to announce that as of 31st March, Tom Cocklin has been appointed as Managing Director of Comet Talent. Tom replaces Nikki Dallas who left after a brief period in the post.
Tom has significant all round FM skills. Coming from a change management background, Tom?s abilities in industrial relations and his experience in HR enable him to advise client?s on change management solutions and identify the best fit for Interim help while they are going through change.
